We offer die casting services in a variety of materials that produce accurate and complex shapes. Die casting can produce a broad range of parts with perfect finish and astonishing detail. Our dies produce products with higher tolerance for heat and pressure, that are more durable and last longer than parts made by other methods, and are competitively priced.
Our tool and die makers create solutions for a wide range of material formed applications in all major industries. Customers use our tooling solutions to produce complex, highly cosmetic, flash-free components— from parts for optical, medical, electronic to sports and other applications.
For small volume order, we can provide investment casting parts made of aluminum alloys, such as A356T6, A6061, and A514.2 (AC7A).
For structural parts, customers can use carbon steels, such as SUS 304, or AISI 4140.
The part weight we provide is from 3 g to 5 kg (aluminum).
For small volume orders and designs with undercut, we can provide gravity castings made of aluminum alloys such as A356, A360, A413.2, or others (e.g., copper).
The maximum size of gravity castings we can provide is 1,200 mm x 1,200 mm, the maximum weight is 30 kg.
We offer aluminum extrusions for a variety of industries:
- Electronic components
We are extremely flexible in the size of parts we can produce, from as small as 3 mm in diameter to as large as 254 mm (10") in diamater.
We provide plastics injection for all materials, such as PVC, PE, PP, PC, ABS, and Teflon. We also provide over-molding, insert injection, and nitrogen gas auxiliary injection services.
We can supply sheet metals for most materials, including aluminum, hot-rolled steel, cold-rolled steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and galvanized steel. We can also provide circuit design and electronic components assembly services. Our numerically controlled Turret Punch Presses (NCT) and Laser Cutting Machine can minimize you tooling costs for your product.
